I don’t build for “users”. I build for people. The language is important to me - people live lives, have interactions outside of what I provide them and might just change their mind. The word ‘user’ seems to boil them down to an entity whose sole purpose is to utilize your tool - regardless if it’ll put them in harm’s way.
